Casual, comfortable, convenient.
The location is great, 2mins drive to Riverlink Shopping ctr, handy car space provided, staff were very welcoming.
The price, didn't realise winter nats was on ha ha.

Not impressed!
Nice rooms.. staff helpful
Difficult to get to reception to book in.. not easy to park, and then catch a lift to level that reception was on.. then struggled a half dozen steps to find reception.. not good with bad mobility.. and then after booking in had to access lift via steps again. Parking was very difficult with very small spaces and cars already parked in allocated spaces. GPS took us to an unrelated parking area approximately 100 yards South across an area of train lines.. had to call Oaks to find out how to get there.. and enter a different business address to be able to access driveway. 2 of 3 lights in 2nd bedroom didn't work. After driving half way home after depositing 1 key at midnight and the other key at 9am I received a phone call informing me that they only had 1key/token returned and there would be a $150 charge if not found.. the other person who returned the midnight key called them and was told that they had found the missing key .. but no one bothered to contact me to advise me and ease my worries.

Enjoyed My Stay
Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Modern facilities.
The stairs leading to the elevator. Whilst I did get assistance from the receptionist, and there was disability access, I felt that this would be my only negative when burdened with luggage.
